1.Equipment use characteristics.

The machine is used to cross fold the carded fibers and evenly lay them into a fiber layer with a certain thickness and width. The frame of the cross lapping machine is made of 8mm steel plate. The reciprocating commutation is controlled by the frequency conversion motor, which can automatically buffer and balance the commutation, and is equipped with multi-stage speed control. The bottom curtain can be adjusted for lifting, so that the fiber layer can be evenly stacked on the bottom curtain according to the required unit gram weight for the next process.

4. Main Features：

The wall plate of the net laying machine is made of Q235A-6-8mm steel plate bending, and the frame is made of 12# channel steel for supporting block.
The middle curtain is anti-static leather curtain, the slant curtain is thickened leather curtain with pattern, and the rest is wooden curtain.
Adjustable differential speed compensation between each screen curtain to reduce the mesh stretching, reciprocal steering can adjust the buffer force, smooth rotation
All drive shaft heads are welded with double-disc reinforced structure to ensure that they do not fall off loosely.
The double lifting and lowering reducer of the bottom curtain is easy to adjust, and the inclined curtain, ring curtain and bottom curtain all adopt frequency conversion speed regulation.
Reciprocating motor is controlled by 3KW servo motor, with anti-collision switch at both ends and photoelectric precise control.
The bearings adopt domestic famous brand, Dongguan TR bearings (with shell) / Torrington bearings (rolling bearings)
The roller shaft head is finely turned and finely ground, and the computer balancing machine does static/dynamic balancing to control the mobilization within 0.03-0.05mm.
