3 .Main Features

①The frame is welded with square tube and connected with channel steel;

②Three layers of conveyor curtain are used for cotton mesh conveying, and Teflon mesh is used for all three layers;

③The insulation board shall be 1.2-1.5mm thick cold plate filled with aluminum silicate or high-density rock wool 100mm thick, and sealed with high-temperature resistant silicone nitrile rubber strip;

④6 sets of circulating fans, 3 sets in total;

⑤Natural gas is used for heating, with 6 burner nozzles, two for each layer, which is convenient for temperature regulation;

⑥With front and rear stainless steel glue grooves;

⑦The three-layer mesh belt is driven separately, and the main drive adopts frequency conversion control;

⑧According to customer demand, the oven can be used for both glue sprayed cotton and non glue cotton;

⑨There are 6 circulating fans with 7.5kW, 6 main drive motors with 4kw frequency conversion, 2 glue spraying motors with 0.75KW, 2 dehumidification fans with 1.5KW, and 1 glue spraying pump with 3KW.
