Three Roller Fiber Blending Machine with Weighing System

This machine is mainly used to fully blend and store various fibers that have preliminary opened to achieve continuous production. After being opened and mixed by this machine, the fibers have good effect and are mixed evenly for carding.

Fiber Storage and Opening Unit

This part includes one big chamber fiber storage machine and one fiber opening machine. The opening machine can open / loose fiber evenly and after opening, the big chamber fiber storage machine can blend and store any opened fiber to also ensure continuous production feed to the carding line.

Carding and Web Forming Unit

There are three machines connected and work together.After opening and blending, the fibers are fed into an even layer or batt to feed to the carding machine. And the carding machine will fully carding the fibers to fiber webs.Finally, the cross lapping machine will fold and plait the webs from carding machine evenly into the required weight and thickness and then to feed the batt to the next procedure.

Oven for Hard Wadding Product

This machine is used to heat bond fiber layer or non-woven semi-finished products containing low melting point fibers through hot air infiltration to achieve a certain thickness and hardness.Suitable for producing high elastic hard wadding and non glue wadding.
