A compact, domestically produced needle-punching non woven machine was recently successfully put into operation at a university laboratory in Poland. Despite its small footprint, the equipment fully simulates the entire production process—from fiber carding to needle-punch consolidation—facilitating the teaching and development of innovative home textile fabrics.
It has already been used to successfully produce prototype samples such as thermal bonded insulation felt and soft wadding quilt fillings, earning praise for its intelligent operation and precise data capabilities.
