1.Introduction

After opening the bale, the weighed and distributed fiber is sent into the flat curtain and conveyed to the main blending bin, then the bale is opened and mixed by 5 opening rollers at high speed, and then the fiber raw material is conveyed by the conveying fan with the right amount of air volume for use in the later work. The fibers and raw materials after opening and mixing by this machine are well and evenly mixed for carding.

Rack wall plate is made of 8mm thick Q235A steel plate with CNC laser cutting; the whole machine is sprayed with plastic treatment.

The roller shaft head is finely turned and finely ground, and the computer balancing machine does

static/ dynamic balancing.

The five rollers are mixed with seamless steel pipe with welded trapezoidal nail teeth, and the opening and loosening rollers are strictly static and dynamic balanced.

The bearings adopt domestic famous brand, Dongguan TR bearings (with shell) / Torrington bearings (rolling bearings)

The five rollers are opened and loosened with 2 motors to guarantee the roller running load.

Feeding curtain is wear-resistant leather curtain, both sides of the guide bar positioning, 2 sections of high and low staggered arrangement.

Fan motor 5.5kw (frequency control), supporting air duct to guarantee cotton supply.

Motor adopts Tianyi red flag motor, factory direct supply, quality after-sales guarantee.

All transmission parts with phosphate antirust treatment, phosphate color uniform black, strong adhesion does not lose color.
