Turkey Soft Wadding Production Line – Glue Free & Energy Saving Solution

A Turkish home textile company reached out to us for a complete soft wadding production line to produce glue free wadding for quilt filling, pillow cores, plush toy stuffing, and lightweight mattress toppers. The client needed a line capable of producing soft, breathable, and non-irritating wadding to meet the rising demand for eco-friendly and hypoallergenic home products. Our solution integrated key equipment including Automatic Bale Opener, Polyester Fiber Opening Machine, Carding Machine and Cross Lapper to ensure stable fiber processing and web formation.

We supplied and commissioned the full automatic nonwoven production line, featuring our patented Soft Wadding Thermal Bonded Oven – an energy saving type three layers oven for thermal bonding without chemical adhesives. The line also includes Nonwoven Cutting Machine and Nonwoven Waste Recycling Machine to improve efficiency and material utilization. Our engineers stayed on-site to oversee installation and train local operators. This high speed nonwoven production line now runs smoothly, delivering consistent loft and resilience. The client has since expanded into new markets for baby bedding and premium furniture padding, and they highly value our equipment’s low maintenance, PLC control nonwoven machine system, and energy efficiency.
